My approach is best described as eclectic, as I integrate various psychological theories. With a foundation in humanistic/person-centered and trauma-informed frameworks, I strive to understand my clients in a holistic manner, while emphasizing their strengths. This helps in deepening our work as we move towards ensuring your relationships with yourself and others feels aligned with your values and the person you desire to be. In addition, I appreciate the many offerings of behavioral-based approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution focused therapy (SFT), and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT).

HOW IT WORKS

1. Start with a free 15 minute consultation.

After scheduling your consultation, we will explore your goals together and determine if my services would be a good fit for addressing your needs and desired outcomes.

2. Choose a schedule that’s best for you.

Once we determine a healthy fit, you will be invited to select a 50-minute block of time for our meetings. It is common to meet weekly for the first several sessions, and is it helpful to keep a consistent day and time each week.

3. Get started & reach new depths.

Intentional collaboration helps to develop trust and safety in therapeutic relationships. As we continue to build our relationship, a sense of trust and safety will deepen as you begin to explore all that is uniquely you.
